Yes Insanity workouts are highly intense. They’re designed for people who are really willing to push themselves to their limits & work hard to get into AMAZING shape.
Insanity is a form of HIIT Training (high intensity interval training) which is far more effective for burning fat than standard cardio. Some predict that in a thirty minute Insanity workout you can burn as many as 500 calories – there’s a reason for its name!
In this workout you’ll use all parts of your body as you alternate between muscle groups and exercises. You’re about to experience cardio conditioning that will completely transform your body. It’s a challenge—but your class Instructor will be there to ensure you are using the best technique and form for each move. We can modify the toughest moves to help you Dig Deeper regardless of your current fitness level.
